Result:  Felony charges dismissed, Client pled guilty to Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (misdemeanor) that only required him to pay a fine

Notes: Client allegedly fired a firearm in public during an argument.  Through legal research, Josh McIntosh Law argued, based upon case law determining that Client's actions did not meet the elements of the Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree statute, and convinced prosecutor to dismiss case in its entirety.
